Partnership: earn with machine vision robots
We do not directly contact clients who are assigned to you, bypassing you.
You don't need to hire specialists in neural networks: our team handles model training, robot programming, and system launch.
You earn from the project, from the equipment, and from the annual license renewals.
Configuration, setup, and training are all done remotely. Only your engineer needs to be on-site.
1 Who is this partnership for
Machine vision becomes a ready-made option for the robots you already sell. Projects where clients request machine vision no longer go to our competitors.
You handle the mechanics, assembly, and commissioning; we provide the vision system and robot programming. You can take on more projects without expanding your workforce.
Cameras, sensors, control cabinets, and computers are sold as part of a complete solution, not as individual components.
You recommend the solution to your contacts using a personal referral link and earn a percentage of the revenue from sold licenses and projects.
2Ready-made solutions
The neural network identifies a part in any orientation and distinguishes between good and defective parts. It works with HIKROBOT, SICK, USB, and IP cameras.
The BORUNTE robot is controlled via an HC1 controller from a computer. A specific route is defined for each type of part, and the cycle is tested on a 3D stand before it is launched.
Two cameras or a single stereo module measure the height and dimensions of the product without laser illumination.
BORUNTE BRTIRUS0707A and BORUNTE BRT2024112182: sorting, rejection, packing into boxes, and loading machines.
Communication with the robot, PLC, conveyor system, and accounting systems is established via the open TCP/IP protocol. Lines without internet access are supported: the license is stored on the computer.
3Cooperation Formats
The format is selected for each specific project, and formats can be combined.
You enter into a contract with the client. You manage the client, supply the robot, handle the mechanics and assembly, while ordering the machine vision system from us at a partner price. Your revenue: a markup on our work and a margin on the equipment.
You bring the client to us, and we enter into a machine vision contract with them. Your revenue: an agency commission based on the total project value.
You sell the project and supply the robot, while we handle everything else: the machine vision system, the robot software, the tooling, and commissioning. Your revenue: a margin on the robot and equipment, without requiring your engineers' involvement.
You sell the engiAI and Robot1 software as an add-on to the robot or camera. Your revenue: the difference between the partner price and the retail price.
You recommend the software to your contacts using a personal referral link, and the client purchases a license on the engi.live website. Your revenue: a percentage of each license purchased through your link.
The client and the project remain yours, you have a single contract, and you generate revenue from both the robot and the machine vision system.
4 Stages of the joint project
Please send us photos or videos of the product, a description of the operation, and the desired speed.
We confirm that the task can be completed, and we will provide you with the estimated timeframe, cost, and equipment specifications.
Payment is made in installments. If a site visit is required, it will be billed separately as part of the project.
We train the neural network using the actual product, define the robot's movement paths, and then test those paths on a digital twin.
We deploy the system online, working with your engineer, and provide training for your staff.
After a product is launched, your engineer handles the simpler customer inquiries, while more complex issues are referred to us. A new product requires a new neural network model and new processing paths, rather than new mechanical tooling, which is why the setup process only takes a few hours.
5Who is responsible for what
| Partner | Vector Technologies |
|---|---|
| Customer, contract, and commercial proposal | Task assessment and equipment selection for machine vision |
| Supply of the robot, mechanics, tooling, and installation | Training of the neural network, robot paths, and digital twin |
| Commissioning of the robot on-site | Machine vision setup via the internet or with on-site support |
| Warranty on the robot and mechanics | Warranty on the machine vision system and software |
6 Benefits for the Partner
We create a 3D model of the customer's cell, including the robot, the loading station, the box, and the gripper. This is achieved using the Robot1 Stend module. The software checks for reachability, generates a packing plan, and calculates the cycle time. The customer can see the results even before signing a contract.
Personalized links to the software. Every download, installation, and purchased license is automatically linked to you, even if the customer runs the software on a different computer a week later.
The license is renewed annually, and your royalty is calculated based on each renewal, without requiring a new agreement or inventory. The license is tied to the equipment, so it cannot be purchased without your involvement.
Setup and training are conducted online, allowing you to sell robots with machine vision capabilities to remote regions and other countries. The engiAI interface is translated into 14 languages.
Manuals, videos, and sales materials are available in 14 languages. You can chat with our engineers, with automatic translation provided.
We provide remote training for your engineers and offer assistance during initial deployments. We also provide a demonstration license for your demonstration setup.
