What is it?
Machine vision system engiAI + six-axis industrial robot. The camera looks at the flow of products, the neural network in real time determines the type, position and condition of the product, the robot performs the action: sorts, shifts, rejects, orients under the packaging. All decisions are made by AI – there are no rigid programs and positions.
Why an AI robot is better than a classic robot and manual labor
He's not tied to place.
A classic robot needs months of integration: foundation, conveyor, lodgings, stops, precise positioning of every detail. Our complex works where it was put. today: rolled over to another site, showed the camera products - and a few hours later he works in a new place. Products can lie as they wish - the system finds and recognizes each.
He multitasks.
- Sorting by type, color, size, marking - as in the video;
- Quality control - the same camera distinguishes the marriage: crumpled, chipped, torn label, dull, incorrect assembly;
- Orientation products for packaging or machine - the robot sees the angle of rotation with an accuracy of a degree;

Buttons, sensors, terminals, pneumatics – connect and configure from the interface, without programming. The system is not tied to the robot brand – the solution is scalable to any manipulator.

- 2. Pilot section. We put the system on one operation, train the model on the spot (day or two), train your operator.
- 3. Scaling. Replication to neighboring sites is a copy of settings, not a new project.
